At the end of December 2024, we received an email from a customer in Saudi Arabia. In the email, it expressed interest in our steel angle galvanized products and requested for a quotation with detailed product size information. We attached great importance to this important email, and our salesman Lucky then added the customer’s contact information for follow-up communication.
Through in-depth communication, we realized that the customer’s requirements for the product are not only limited to the quality, but also specifically pointed out the packaging and loading requirements. Based on these requirements, we provided the customer with a detailed quotation, including the price of different specifications of the product, packaging costs and transportation costs. Fortunately, our quotation was recognized by the customer. At the same time, we also have sufficient stock in stock, which means that once the customer accepts the quotation, we can immediately prepare for shipment, which greatly shortens the delivery time and improves efficiency.
After confirming the order, the customer paid the deposit as agreed. We then contacted a reliable freight forwarder to book the shipment to ensure that the goods could be shipped on time. Throughout the process, we continued to maintain close communication with the customer, updating the progress in a timely manner to ensure that everything was on schedule. At the beginning of the new year, the vessel loaded with galvanized steel angles slowly left the port for Saudi Arabia.
