The story began in August 2024, when our Business Manager Alina received an inquiry from a customer in Aruba. The customer made it clear that he was planning to build a factory and needed galvanized strip for the production of C-beam keels, and sent some photos of the finished product to give us a better idea of his needs. The specifications provided by the customer were relatively detailed, which enabled us to quote quickly and accurately. At the same time, in order to let the customer better understand the actual application effect of our products, we showed the customer some photos of similar finished products produced by other end customers for reference. This series of positive and professional responses laid a good start for the cooperation between the two parties.
However, the customer then informed us that they had decided to purchase the C-beam forming machine in China first, and then proceed with the raw material procurement once the machine was ready. Although the sourcing process was temporarily slowed down, we remained in close contact with the customer to monitor the progress of their project. We understand that the suitability of the machine for the raw material is crucial for the end producer, and we continue to provide our professional consulting services to the customer while patiently waiting for them to prepare the machine.
In February 2025, we received good news from the customer that the machine was ready and that the dimensions of the galvanized strips had been modified according to the actual production situation. We responded quickly by updating the quotation to the customer according to the new dimensions. The quotation, taking into full consideration of the factory’s own cost advantages and market conditions, provided the customer with a very cost-effective program. The customer was relatively satisfied with our offer and started to finalize the contract details with us. In this process, with our familiarity with the product and in-depth understanding of the end-use scenarios, we answered a lot of questions for the customer, from the product performance to the processing process, and then to the final use of the effect, all-round to provide customers with professional advice.
The successful signing of this order fully demonstrates the company’s unique advantages: Alina’s familiarity with the product, the ability to quickly understand the customer’s needs and provide accurate quotes; better communication with the customer, to provide them with solutions that are more in line with the actual needs; and the price advantage of the factory’s direct supply, but also in the fierce market competition to stand out, and won the favor of the customer.
This cooperation with Aruba’s new customers is not only a simple business transaction, but also an important opportunity for us to expand our international market and establish our brand image. We look forward to establishing cooperation with more customers like this one in the future, pushing the high-quality galvanized coil products to more corners of the world, and creating more brilliance hand in hand.
