(1) In outdoor applications requiring thick specifications and robust surface coatings, such as highway guardrails, which previously relied on bulk galvanization. With the advent of zinc-aluminum-magnesium, continuous hot-dip galvanization has become feasible. Products like solar equipment supports and bridge components benefit from this advancement.
(2) In regions like Europe, where road salt is spread, using other coatings for vehicle underbodies leads to rapid corrosion. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium plates are essential, especially for seaside villas and similar structures.
(3) In specialized environments requiring acid resistance, such as farm poultry houses and feeding troughs, zinc-aluminum-magnesium plates must be used due to the corrosive nature of poultry waste.
