GALVANIZED STEEL PIPE
There are two kinds, pre-galvanized pipe and hot dip galvanized pipe.
I think most customers will be interested in the difference between pre-galvanized pipe and hot dip galvanized pipe !
Let’s look at the samples. As you see, for the surface, pre-galvanized is more bright and smooth, hot dip -galvanized is more white and rough.
production process .The raw material of pre-galvanized steel pipe is galvanized steel coil, directly produced to pipes. And for hot dip galvanized pipe, it firstly produces black steel pipe, then put into zinc pool.
zinc qty is different, the zinc qty of pre-galvanized steel pipe is 40g to 150g, market common qty is around 40g, if more than 40g have to customize raw material, so need the MOQ at least 20tons. The zinc qty of hot dip galvanized is from 200g to 500g, and the price is higher too. It can can prevent rust for longer time.
Thickness, the thickness of pre-galvanized steel pipe is from 0.6mm to 2.5mm,hot dip galvanized steel pipe thickness from 1.0mm to 35mm.
hot dip galvanized price is higher than pre-galvanized steel pipe, and prevent rust time is longer.On the surface we can print your company name or pipe’s information.
SQUARE AND RECTANGULAR PIPE
Next I will introduce square and rectangular pipe,It has hot rolled square pipe and cold rolled steel pipe.
The size is from 10*10 to 1000*1000.
For some bigger sizes and thick thickness, we cannot produce directly, have to be changed from big size round pipe, like LSAW pipe and seamless pipe.we can also supply seamless square and not only rectangular pipe;
it’s 90 degree angle.The common square tube the angle is more circular. This is special production technique, In china only very a few factories can produce. we are one of the factories which can product the special type.
